Operating and using a high-pressure cleaning machine is a technical task, and operators need to receive technical training in advance and obtain a qualified qualification certificate in order to become a qualified operator. In this way, only in the implementation of high-pressure cleaning work can safety be ensured and work tasks be completed smoothly. Specifically, the following points should be noted.

1、 Before starting work, check whether the gearbox oil tank, high-pressure pump oil level, and emulsion tank water level are at the specified levels. Also check the pressure gauge, safety valve, cooling water level gauge, liquid level indicator, etc. to see if they are sensitive and accurate; The pressure gauge and safety valve of high-pressure cleaning equipment should be calibrated once a year, and the safety valve should also undergo regular exhaust inspection to prevent valve core adhesion and valve hole blockage. These are all essential work steps.

2、 Check all parts of the high-pressure pump. To check whether the inlet and outlet valves, solenoid valves, pipelines, etc. are in good condition, there should be no water leakage, air leakage, or oil leakage. Check whether the grounding wire of the electrical system is firm and reliable. When stopping the use of the high-pressure pump for more than a week, measure whether the insulation of the main motor is good; Check whether the communication signal transmission with the high-pressure cleaning machine is accurate and reliable.

3、 The start-up sequence for implementing cleaning operations: firstly, check whether all valves, suction valves, and circulation gate valves on the high-pressure pump and pipeline to be started are in the open position, and then open the vent valve of the high-pressure pump and the cooling water valve of the lubricating oil pump; Secondly, start the lubricating oil pump and run it for two minutes. The oil pressure should be within the specified range. Wait until the lubricating oil indicator light shows normal before starting the main motor of the high-pressure pump; Thirdly, once the air in the pump head is completely expelled, immediately close the exhaust valve; Fourthly, after the cleaning machine runs normally, connect the power supply of the circulating valve electromagnet. When the water level rises to level 4 or above, turn on the switch of the lowest liquid level valve electromagnet. When the water level rises to level 7, the high-pressure cleaning machine starts working normally.

4、 When opening and closing the valve of high-pressure cleaning equipment, one should stand on the side of the valve stem and rotate slowly to ensure stability and safety.

5、 When the cleaning machine is in operation, the personnel responsible for operation must not leave their workstations. The important task is to closely monitor the control instruments and water level indicator lights to ensure that they are normal. If the water level is incorrect, immediate  measures should be taken to check and eliminate the problem. The temperature of the electric motor shall not exceed the rated temperature.

6、 The high-pressure pump pressure of high-pressure cleaning equipment should be maintained within the normal range and operated within the rated pressure range. If overpressure is found, measures should be taken to adjust it to normal pressure.

7、 When the following situations occur during the operation of the cleaning machine, press the "emergency stop" button to immediately shut down and cut off the relevant valves that need to be closed. For example, in the event of overpressure or overheating that cannot be reduced through measures taken; When there is abnormal noise or vibration; When the pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, and liquid level indicator display incorrectly or malfunction; When serious water leakage suddenly occurs and cannot be blocked; When the solenoid valve control fails to function. If emergency measures are not taken, it may result in serious consequences.

8、 The sequence of steps to shut down the high-pressure cleaning machine after completing the cleaning task: Upon receiving the "stop request" signal from the water pressure machine operator, the corresponding personnel should immediately send back the "stop allowed" signal to the water pressure machine; At the same time, replenish the water level of the storage tank to the corresponding designated position; Another step is to cut off the power supply of the lowest liquid level valve electromagnet; Cut off the power supply of the high-pressure pump. At this time, be careful not to stop the high-pressure pump with load, and first release the pressure; After the cleaning machine stops running, cut off the power supply of the lubricating oil pump and close the lubricating oil cooling water valve. These steps should be carried out in an orderly manner and operated in sequence.

9、 When inflating the water storage tank, the operation of the high-pressure pump should be stopped, and the relevant provisions of the "Safety Operation Regulations for High Pressure Air Compressors" should be followed during inflation. In short, it is necessary to use and maintain high-pressure cleaning machines in a correct and standardized manner.
